Suse installed and windows lost
I recently installed suse on my laptop. I have suse installed on my desktop also and it dual boots fine, however, now my laptop won't boot into windows windows is on hda1 and whenever i try to boot to it nothing happens. Is there any way to get windows back while keeping suse?

first of all check if Windows booting up without GRUB.
boot up from Windows Installation CD, select 'repair' and execute 'fixmbr'. does Windows boot up on reboot?It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
