You can get the XP cd from microsoft, usually for free. If you bought it from Dell or something, you need to call them. Please, if you don't know what you are doing: Click Cancel.
EDIT: I love how on a linux forums, the word microsoft has a link to http://www.microsoft.com/getthefacts, comparing linux to windows, and showing windows's "superiority".

You cannot request a Windows XP disk, you will need to purchase a new one. The problem you are having now is not a Linux one and so this is not the best place to ask for help. If you need to get a new copy you should be able to purchase one at your local computer store.
