win98 re-install
i just found out that its possible 2 dual boot a pc. i already installed ubuntu, how do i put win98 back in if my cd drive says unable to mount?? my pc boots cdrom 1st but it still loads ubuntu...i want windows cause i eventually want xp so i can use my zune. windows is also easier to accept hardware,,my cdrom & usb's worked fine, but wen i partitioned & installed linux, it cant find my dvdrom, i cant install the software for my wifi usb stick that's linux compatible;therefore not detecting my wireless di-624 by dlink..

its a little tricky to setup dual boot when one installs Windows after Linux. Windows should be installed first.
you have fresh install of Ubuntu . i suggest you to delete Linux Partitions, install Windows, create free space and re-install Ubuntu. Ubuntu installer will setup dual boot itself. It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

For working with or deleting partitions, I recommend the Gparted LiveCD:
GParted -- LiveCD
It's a small download/burn, it's easy to use, and there is very good documentation on their website.oz
