    hi I have installed gcc/g++ on my linux box but am not able to run code with them. What are the paths I have to set and also how do I set them.

    You shouldn't have to do anything special for gcc/g++ to show up in your path. What are you trying to compile, and what specific error message are you receiving? Also, what method did you use to install them?
