From the super grub cd, I have the following options:

Restore GRUB in Hard Disk (MBR)

    Restore GRUB in partition

    UnInstall GRUB

Fix boot of GNU/Linux (GRUB): tries to restore GRUB on MBR automatically

    Which one do I choose?

first of all, try Fix boot of GNU/Linux (GRUB): tries to restore GRUB on MBR automatically.
in case it doesn't work, Restore GRUB in Hard Disk (MBR)
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
