    problem installing sniffit pleas help

    guys i downloaded sniffit and i patched it
    then i tryed to install it
    i run ./configure it goes great
    then i run "make && make install" it runs for a while then it gives me the followin error "make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop." can anyone help me pleas

    This means that the developer didn't put a set of instructions in the makefile to have the binaries, etc. moved to an "installed" location. Check the README that came in the tarball. Also, the INSTALL file should help.
