Debian install: sky2 module does not exist.
Based on the advice of some people here I decided to try Debian, but I run into a roadblock when I try to do a net install. My Marvell 88E8038 ethernet controller needs the sky2 module, and unlike some Marvell NICs is fully compatible with said module; however, I cannot get it working because the module simply does not exist in the install medium. The installer says I don't have an ethernet card, when I run 'modprobe sky2', I get:
Poking around in /lib/modules confirms the module is just not there.
FATAL: Module sky2 not found.
Where can I find:
- A USB stick boot image with this module?
- A usable kernel with the module compiled into it?
- Or, failing that, a Debian package containing this module?
