I've just installed ubuntu on an ext4 file journaling system and want to be able to acess all the files from windows. Is there anything you can download so windows recognises it in a dual boot?

As far as I know, Windows currently has no way to deal with ext4 partitions.
You should email microsoft and ask them to start supporting it. :D
If you want Windows to read your linux partition, you'll need to use ext3.

Don't worry. I only needed it to edit files in the linux partition without booting from the installation CD. Anyway, I tried it and, yes, it doesn't work.
