No Bootloader, Boot Floppy for a Dual OS system.
I'm using a bootfloppy to boot into the system cause I'm also running Windows2000 on the main partition. If I need to edit the boot floppy are there more than one file containing the SCSI emulation. I just now found this:
. kernal vmlinuz
. initrd=initrd=img hdc=ide-scsi root=/dev/hda3
I'm guessing that is the file I need to edit? Correct?
Then if that is neccesary, What files should I add or change if I need to create a new boot disk? Or is that answer somewhere I haven't sen yet?
Thanks for any help you can give m.

You have no idea what kind of headache this has been. Thank you very much for your informatio. So far so good I have been able to mount cd with out problem.
only mounted in KDE so far cause I don't know what MAGICDEV will do with them but hey it works.
It was the "hdc=ide-scsi" on my boot disk thankfully it still works.
Thank you again.
