installing from hard disk
I was trying to install fedora 11 from my hard disk, and to no avail. I followed these instructions:
tinyurl.com/3yyd7k
But ran into a few problems: First off, when I mount it all to my G drive (2nd hard drive) and follow everything else the same, I get an error windows can't read from the disk, check the configuration blah blah. And, I can't run it from C:/, because even though I'm installing linux to a drive formatted with FAT32, my C:/ drive is NTSF and it seems to just freeze. Do I have any options (seeing as I don't have a CD burner at the moment) for installing a release of linux from just a hard drive? Like, creating a bootable hard disk (which is currently blank) from the ISO image?
