yes and its very easy. boot up from Ubuntu CD and look for GParted in Menu. GParted is one of the best Partition Manager. shrink existing partition to free some space for Ubuntu. leave new space as unpartitioned/free. start Ubuntu Installation and select 'Unpartitioned/Free' space in Partition Section. Installer will create/format partition and setup dual boot for you.
thx all the other partition tools i have ever used just deleted everthing
Gparted is best and very easy to use.
it comes as LiveCD too. GParted LiveCD
does it come on the ubuntu disk or do i need to go download it seperataly?
it comes with Ubuntu LiveCD too and you dont need to download it separately.
GParted LiveCD's size is around 30MB only and i prefer using that only.
ok thx alot:D
