Refreshing package database problem

Hi all!

I recently tried to install Arch on my Desktop-computer and also on my windows-laptop using VirtualBox.

In booth cases, when I´m entering the "Select packages" - procedure, the refreshing seems to freeze and I can´t move on from this step. I´ve tried different mirrors but it didn´t help.

I was wondering if it is an Internetconnection issue since I´m unsure about the broadcast-setting, but this setting is optional or am I wrong?:)

Any ideas how to solve this?

I believe the packages are on the cd it's self. I don't think an internet connection is needed until it is installed. You Might have a bad cd image. Try a new download of the iso.
