[SOLVED] How Setup cvs in Fedora8

Hi,


I want to setup cvs environment in my Linux server machine. I am using Fedora 8 .since i new to linux, i dont know the procedure to setup cvs.


Can any one explain the steps to configure this.

Can you tell me from where i can download CVS .

For an up to date fedora/centos/scientif linux/redhat distribution I would say
yum install cvs.

While the repository mirrors for fedora 8 are still up,
MirrorManager
I don´t know from the top of my head, if yum was already in place back then.
The tool could also have been up2date.

Fedora 8 was released in 2007 and is not supported anymore.
If possible I would recommend fedora 14
