Kernel Starter!!!
Hi Frnds,
I want to start learning Linux kernel ,I am now interested in learning Linux Kernel design for Intel x86 Arch. I have gone through much of the forum discussion's where by I have classified learning into different phases,
1. Assembly Programming for Intel x86 Arch
2. Makefile (Shell Scripts)
3. Understanding Linux Kernel (Book by Marco Cesati )
Please guide me, If what I have classified is rite? If not please tell me where to start from scratch to learn Linux kernel in detail.
Best Regards
Rajesh

More Kernel References
Welcome to the forums!
I personally think these books on the kernel are good:
O'Reilly Media | Understanding the Linux Kernel
O'Reilly Media | Linux Kernel in a Nutshell
Also, look here for additional kernel information:
The Linux Kernel: The Book
Have fun with Linux!
