    Lightbulb error 15 : file not found

    Hello dothacktsukimoto ,
    Thanks for that post to compile and install 2.6 kernels, I followed the steps you mentioned, installed kernel, every thing went well but
    in making this sybolic link : ln -s /boot/<version> /boot/
    i got messege in the terminal that " file is existing" and it is mapping my previous kernel which is, I ingnored and did the remainig steps.

    when I am booting I am getting error 15 : file not found error
    I am unable to figer out this please help me

    I am having dual boot windows, Redhatlinux kernel and Testkernel

    please some body help me in this regard

    Welcome to the forums mama1

    Are you using grub to boot the system ... if so check kernel name in /boot matches grub menu entry in /boot/grub/menu.lst
