Hello Linux World,
I been using linux for about 3 months (suse and mint), however, i am a newbie. I want to learn more about linux and programming, so I will change my major to computer science. Also somebody recommend me to start playing with LFS, and here come my question. What is the best ... I want to keep my mint partition, should i use virtualbox for LFS or should i create another partition just for LFS and then dual booting. Please any suggestion will be welcome, and be aware that i don't know anything about linux, command and programming. I will be learnig on my own (i don;t mind reading and asking).

Linux From Scratch can take a very long time to complete, so it needs to be on a separate machine, or on a separate partition. Lots of new users have successfully completed LFS.
Best of luck and hope you have lots of fun with it.
