Ok..after my first unsuccessful attemp at LFS couple of months back ....Now I'm ready for second attempt
But this time i want to create a small Linux System less than 100MB...Anyone got any idea about? Any tips for me before I begin?

I think you should use jwm as your window manager, thats my tip. :P
Other than that you should take a look at damn small linux and feather linux to see what apps they use.Microsoft isn't evil, they just make really crappy operating systems.

I have spent around 20 hrs this weekend,to create LFS 6.4
Now I have a minimal Linux

yes,you are correct,I need to check distro like DSL ,to examine how they created such a small linux
