Anyone shed any light on this?
Know what the latest current slack kernel is?

That's where I got 2.6.8.1 from.
As reported it wouldn't let me burn with user permissions, needed root.
Compiled 2.6.7 and all is well.
Seems 2.6.9 has nvidia problems now.
