Package Development in windriver education website.
I would like to have such a kind of tutorials for free.

Windriver is a commercial real-time operating system vendor. Naturally they charge for support, training, etc. That's how they make a living. Ditto QNX, et al. You might look at The Linux Documentation Project or The Linux Kernel Archives for documentation, how-tos, etc for porting Linux to board-level systems. Other than that, I don't know off-hand what to suggest.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
