Kernel Panic

Hi Everybody

I am loading stable kernel 2.6.33.1 module on my existing FC7 kernel 2.6.21.I Got new kernel source updated but at the time of booting, new kernel won't boot .It give kernel panic message .Plz help me .

I got following message for above process.

Mounting root filesystem
Mount:could not found filesystem ‘/dev/root’
Setting up other filesystems.
Setting up new root fs.
Setuproot: moving /dev failed:No such file or directory
No fstab.sys,mounting internal defaults
Setup root: error mounting/proc:No such file or directory
Setup root: error mounting/Sys:No such file or Directory
Switching to new root and running init.
Unmounting old/dev
Unmounting old/proc
Unmounting old/Sys
Switch root: mount failed:No such file or directory
Booting has failed.

Are you passing Linux an initial ramdisk?
