Shared library partially getting invoked
Hi,
I am using libfaketime preload library available from code-wizards website for faking system time on CentOS 4.6, Kernel 2.6.9 with Java 6 running tomcat 5.5 on both x86 and x86-64 hardware.
On x86, the library is invoked and i am able to set the date based on preload library input, but the offsets are not invoked further by the application, it requires a restart to get the date change to be effective. Kindly advise how to overcome this issue.
Whereas, on x86-64 the library fails to even get invoked for java 6, whereas for rest of the system commands such as date it is working, kindly let me know what compile parameters need to be added for x86-64.
TIA.
Regads.
