Hello, I would like to be able to call rdpmc from user mode on linux 2.6.33 or later. I have done some searching around the internet and I have seen how to modify older versions of the kernel to allow it, but I haven't found any that will work on recent revisions. Does anyone know how to mod the kernel (>= 2.6.33) to allow a user to call rdpmc instruction?
