We are developing a smart card interface to Atmel 9260 controller. We are trying to use the ISO 7816 mode that is available with the UARTs in 9260 controller. We are configuring the "tty driver" in ISO 7816 mode and trying to communicate with the smart card. However, this attempt has been unsuccessful.

The 2.6.22 version of Linux ported on atmel 9260 doesnt have the ISO 7816 driver. Has anyone successfully developed ISO 7816 driver for 2.6.22 kernel?
