Building rootfs for s3c2440
Hi All,
I am working on building a system on mini2440 board. I have developed a boot loader a customized linux for mini2440. The bootloader works fine.
I want to build my own minimal rootfs for mini2440 ie s3c2440 processor. I have been searching tutorial on internet but everything I got seems very complex.
If anyone has any idea how to build minimal rootfs for arm s3c2440 kindly share with me. Please dont give any internet links as I have gone through many.
Thanks

Hi,
Did you read about buildroot ? If not read about it, there's lots of informations and tutorial how to build rootfs for mini2440. I'm using buildroot and it works fine. I also recommend you to read about NFS (network file system). NFS is the easiest way do develop Linux environment on embedded platform.
Regards.
