I can be found either 40 miles west of Chicago, in Chicago, or in a galaxy far, far away.
Bad cable, bad connector, bad port, flaky device? Have you tried replacing the cable, moving the device to another port? What about other USB devices?

    USB connect disconnect

USB device is directly connected to host, no cable is there. This problem is coming in all three system. USB connect disconnect happens any time, some time it takes four to five days. When this happens the voltage level on D+ goes to 3.1V from 0.004volts. May be the problem when usb leave suspend mode?

Just ran across your post from two years ago... I'm experiencing the exact same problem, with the same processor (though you were likely running Rev A, and we're on Rev B of the 9G45). I wanted to ask, did you find resolution to the problem you were experiencing?

Also, were you using a SMSC USB hub? The 2517 by chance?
