Error coming in Oracle BRM during starting the pipeline.
When i was starting the pipeline in Oracle BRM, i got an error:

Did you read the error? It seems pretty clear:

4GByte ram is almost nothing if oracle is involved.
So the error is very likely accurate.
I donīt know that "Oracle Billing and Revenue Management",
but this document indicates, that you can get some numbers about memory consumption on which you can base your decisions on.

^Quite true. My older Dell 2850 Oracle Financials servers are pretty well strapped running a reasonable SGA with 16Gb. We're spec'ing minimum 64Gb on newer Oracle boxes. I'm not familar with BRM, but I'd expect it to be even more memory hungry than Financials.
OP, were you _ever_ able to start this up on this hardware? If so, what was changed, particularly WRT the Oracle configuration?

This error is thrown from DAT_Rating module. You should correct the RUM configuration in pricing.
