in kernel.org only k3.2.31 appears (from 3.2) as stable and has tar ball

In case I need k3.2.30 (latest) can I have a tar ball (where ?)

or I must take k3.2-rc1 (actually only rc2 exists !) and apply all the rc1 pathecs (no rc2 patches there) in-order until I get the final k3.2.30 ?
e.g patches : 3.2.1-rc1.bz2 until 3.2.17-rc1.bz2 applied to
k3.2-rc2 ( does not make sense)

solved . no need . k3.2.31 can be build with appropriate start .config from k3....
