    Question serial callback function

    Hi,

i have a project where i have to read incoming serial-data from an other kernel-module.
Is it possible to register a callback-function in the standard linux built-in serial-driver?
Or do i have to write my own serial-module that provide such a possibility.

    sry for my bad english.

You might be best off to modify the standard serial driver to do what you want. Since this thread is about 4 months old I have to think you have already solved the problem. If you want to share we would appreciate that!
