    How was the monolithic kernel limitation overcome?

    Not sure, but I think this is still an issue. UEFI is still new, and (IMO) a REALLY nasty piece of sh!t... Mostly, it is a Microsoft thing to keep other operating systems from running on systems it has pwnd...
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
