    Exclamation OS Development Resources Related

    Hello,
I am new to OS System Development. I have the concepts behind as to how an OS works, how paging, scheduling etc work, but now want to implement them or develop them.

Can anyone please let me know if there is any books/videos in regards to it that will help me out in this regard.I am particularly interested in the LINUX OS Development. Though I went through the OS-DEV ,I did not find it detailed for Linux OS.

Any help or directions in this regard is highly appreciated.

There's nothing like the source: https://www.kernel.org/

    The Linux Kernel
    Linux Kernel in a Nutshell

    Search for "Linux Kernel Development".

Andrew Tanenbaum's book is the staple when learning about OS dev. I'm sure you've heard of it, if not read it, it's the book Linus Torvalds himself I think, read, when he was 1st thinking about Linux. There's alt.os.development on Usenet, look it up. Out of curiosity, what language do you want to work in?
