Well, I just compiled kernel-source-2.4.27 on my comp (2.2.20 to 2.4.27) and after allot of trying etc.. It works (Yay!).. But there comes the next problem, my internet stopped working.. ...

    Internet not working

    Well, I just compiled kernel-source-2.4.27 on my comp (2.2.20 to 2.4.27) and after allot of trying etc.. It works (Yay!).. But there comes the next problem, my internet stopped working.. The reason why i posted this post here is because my Internet does work when I boot in the 2.2.20 kernel but in the 2.4.27 kernel it doesnt work. So I thought it had something to do with the kernel..

    All help is appreciated..

    Make sure you enabled your NIC's specific driver as either built-in or as a module, and if you did as a module, make sure to modprobe it.
    Besides that, I can't offer you any more help without further details.
