I complie the kernel and all is ok complie the modules and ol install the modules and ok but how i do config o the grup for using the new kernel and where i get the initrd-VERSION.img for using in kernel thank you for your help

You will need to make a new initial ram disk, have a look at the mkintrd command. It's pretty straightforward, then after that is complete you can look at configuring Grub.
