    ioctl TIOCGDEV

    I am PXE booting a SuSE 10 filesystem using a custom 2.6.16.2 kernel. When booting I get the following message:

    showconsole: Warning: the ioctl TIOCGDEV is not known by the kernel

    Any thoughts?

    Nothing that you don't already know... IMO you missed some feature in your custom kernel.
