    execute 'kbluetoothd' in terminal and pair your cell first.
    execute this
    Code:
    hcitool scan
    not down your cell address and bind it with rfcomm0.
    Code:
    rfcomm bind rfcomm0 <cell address> 1
    open KPPP and select '/dev/rfcomm0' in Modem box. enter phone number provided by ISP and connect it.
