looking for a small kernal's source
i'd like to play around with making my own little flavor of linux, but i dont want to start off with any thing big. i'm looking around google right now for source to a kernal hopfully with some instructions and such that will alow me to build a basic os. i just want it to be able to give me a prompt and be able to run some progs and such. i guess this post is a little sketchy. but if any one knows where i can find the source to a small maybe even floppy sized version of linux that would be great.
