I need to create a Linux driver for LCD from one of types: Fema,Apex and SGD.
Maybe someone already develop such as driver or maybe know some similar driver which could help as a good start reference?
If you don't know maybe someone could send some web sites links how to update LCD driver to your LCD driver? What are the parameters you need to modify etc.
Please help me
Thanks a lot,
LCD4Linux will help you =)
Maybe I didn't write, but I need this driver for LCD TFT 7 inch. Is LCD4Linux support this kind of LCD.
Umm, well it might.. try and see ;)
What kind of connection is it?
The connection is TTL.
How you download the source from LCD4Linux? Is gz file or tar or someone else
Have you checked there webpage already?
Download ? LCD4Linux
Ooops :) Yes I see the download link...
It seems LCD4Linux support many types of LCD vendors or at least the hardware configuration which they are support? am I right?
yes it does and its rather easy to add extra support =)
How you know which driver to activate via "configure" command, and how you know which driver to activate in case your driver is not on the list. Could you please focus me on it.
try, fail, try again...
Just try the onces you think might work / be it.
Start with monitoring the Output.
Or get the manual of your Display and write a module for it.
