Linux not booting with seagate harddisk

Dear all

We are using on Montavista linux 3(kernel version 2.4.18_mvl30, GCC version 3.2.1) for our product powered with Motorola power pc processor. We are facing system-booting problem with saegate (80 GB laptop) hard disks. It finally boots with hitach make (80GB, laptop) hard disk as well with nfs mount file system. We are using ext2 file system with journaling enabled. Boot messages are in attached document. Kindly suggest what is the problem and how to fix this problem.
