multiple kernels

hi....am quite new to play with linux kernels.
How can list all the kernels that i have on my OS. am running FC5 and if i wanna switch to other kernel, howz its possible without rebooting the machine?

I'm pretty sure that you'll need to reboot to go from one kernel into another.
