[SOLVED] jffs2 warning while booting CLEANMARKER node found at ....
I have created a root file system image (jffs2) using following command
I ported this image to my ARM core based custom board, and board is booting well. But while booting, I am getting the following warning/display/error message.
mkfs.jffs2 -r <rfs_source> -p -o <rfs_image.jffs2>
CLEANMARKER node found at 0x00000000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0
CLEANMARKER node found at 0x00010000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0
CLEANMARKER node found at 0x09ba0000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0
CLEANMARKER node found at 0x09bb0000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0
VFS: Mounted root (jffs2 filesystem).
Freeing init memory: 104K
As you see, this error starting from memory 0x00000000 and ending at 0x09bb0000. My NAND flash size is 256 MB.
After this message,every thing fine.
Why this message appears ? Is my mkfs.jffs2 usage correct ? I have installed mtd-utils to obtain mkfs.jffs2.
Please help me on this issue.
