Just installed Gentoo Linux. First time using this distro.
I like it so far. What file to edit, in order to get modules to load at boot time?

Normally, you would edit your /etc/modules.conf file. But with Gentoo, I believe there is an updtae-modules program to run instead.
Thanks for the quick response. I'm at work, and was actually thinking it was probably /etc/modules.conf, but sounds like there is a new script too.
Any tips or heads up on upgrading to kernel 2.6.2 in Gentoo with a 2.4.20 kernel?

Dont edit modules.conf directly edit /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.x replaceing the x with your kernel version.
