Exclamation Connecting to a wireless network.

I have an Acer Aspire 3680 Notebook pc. I downloaded, burned, and booted up DSL (damn small linux) with success. The only problem I'm facing is connecting to the internet. I can connect if I plug in an ethernet cable to my laptop. But it won't let me connect to the internet through my built in wireless 802.11b/g wireless LAN card. How can I get this to work?

Cool No WiFi to Internet:

I have the same identical problem with Knoppix 5.0 on my Compaq V2000 laptop. Internet/Knoppix connects via Ethernet but not WiFi. Etho 0 & Etho 1 recognized via Ethernet. Thanks in advance for any help.

a few weeks ago, I've tried to use my ipw2200 wireless card via DSL, but suddenly i learnt that DSL doesn't support it.
