kde problem ,anyone has met the same problem?

i am using knoppinx .when i run ./configure , I met the following error :

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

What should i do ? Anyong will help me ?

All you say is that you're on knoppinx [sic;-] and ran ./configure. On my knoppix system, I find there are 34 "configure" files in as many directories. Some of them are in my own packages, but I'd guess there are a similar number of configure files on your machine.

So maybe you should say which directory you were in, or what package you were trying to configure. Then someone who knows that package might reply.
