Ok I am really new to Linux. I read Jason's post on "The Ultimate Linux FAQ " and came acrros Knoppix.

There were 2 versions. One was 700megs and the other was 4.02 gigs. Can Someone tell me what is the difference?

I am currently downloading "KNOPPIX_V5.1.1CD-2007-01-04-EN.iso".

Thanks

The DVD copy just contains more software as far as I know...I think it contains Gnome Desktop too in addition to the choice of KDE it makes for the CD.
