Floating Point Exception error

Hello All,

We have just updated our diag app smartmon-ux but it gives a Floating Point Exception error.
Old version still works, plus it works under Ubuntu.
The author is looking into this and has asked me to check whether there are any kernel patches which may already cover this.

First to admit, I'm new to linux and even newer to knoppix. Hoping, someone could point me in the right direction.
Do such thing exist for knoppix? I am being pointed in the direction of threading support after running gdb.
Are there any runtime library updates?

All help appreciated.

Thanks
