tikidrummer Just Joined! Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 1	needing a knoppix STD replacement i currently have an older laptop with knoppix STD installed. since it is no longer being updated i was wanting to find a new distro that had somewhat close to the same tools or the same basis of distros. BTW new to the forum. thanks

is there an up to date knoppix or you could look at kantonix(similar)or maybe ubuntu
