network boot problem

hi. started terminal server.... boot over LAN, but get to <<no suitable x server found for your card>> clocksource tsc unstable .. INIT ID 1,2 3 4 respawning too fast...

I have no experiance with linux at all. just trying to install linux on a machine with corrupt xp and no alternative boot apart from LAN.
can anyone help

graphic card is SAVAGE/IX-MV..

it retrys with vesa and fbdev...
