Question [SOLVED] Knoppix won't detect my SATA hard disk

My Knoppix won't detect my Sata hard disk and I thought a accidentally deleted the shortcut so I went to /media but there is no hd either.Can u please tell me what happened?


Computer specification

Intel Pentium E5200 2.5 Dual Core System
1GB RAM
320 GB High Speed SATA2 Hardisk with Memory Cache
Samsung DVD Super WrIter/Reader
Integrated Graphic accerator Integrated High Quality Sound Card
Internet ready Broadband Lan Connector

Did/Does Knoppix create a shortcut for you? You might just need to log out and log back in, Knoppix is prone to desktop crashes that result in weird behavior. Just my Opinion.
