Trouble Burning My Recovered Files!

HELP! I'm facing my second system failure in 4 months. This time I'm in real trouble, there were no backups when it went down.

I have plugged one of the HD's into another computer with a burner, and have selecte the files, but since I'm running from the same drive as the one that needs to do the burning it doesn't work.

Is there a way to boot up and cache to the HD and run from there? I really need to pull this off. The Win OS won't even recognize the partition. I'm dsperate!

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP!
