RavenUser Just Joined! Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 7	New User Questions I have decided to switch from Win XP to Knoppix and I had a few questions regarding it: 1) I have downloaded (in error) a Knoppix version in Arabian. Is it possible to switch the language to English while installing or will I be forced to download the English version? 2)Could you reccomend any books to help me understand the UNIX system and Knoppix X-Window? 3)Which games are available for Knoppix?

dylunio Linux Guru Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Cymru Posts: 4,157	1) I think you will have to install the english one sorry 2) I'd reconmend O'Reilly's Linux Pocket Guide as a nice little cheap reference book, and if you have some more cash also form O'Reilly Running Linux there is a review of the latter here. 3)I'm not sure what games come with knoppix, but I'm sure there will be a few, If you install Knoppix it will be possible for you to download plenty of games form places like www.happypenguin.org dylunio __________________ Registered Linux User #371543!
