Hey everyone! Long time Windows user here, and I felt like giving linux a run, so here I am. So far, everything works pretty good (its kind of fun finding my way around a whole new OS!), except for getting onto the internet. For some reason, I cant seem to get that setup right. Here is my network situation:
I have a cable modem that feeds a router, which feeds 2 computers, and another wireless router. The first router is 192.168.0.1, and the second is 192.169.1.1 (wireless router), with each attached device as 192.168.0/1.x (0/1 depends on which router it is attached to, and x is whatever place it is - 2, 3, 4, etc..). All the other computers on the network are windows machines. This computer is attached to the wireless one.
I am not really sure which settings I am supposed to enter for the network card configuration, so I have been kind of guessing, and I guess I have been off so far my NIC in this computer is a Dell Wireless WLAN 1350 WLAN Mini-PCI Card.
Any help in getting this setup would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
